-----------------------------------------------------------------

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION/DELIVERY?

Monday-Friday : 7am-5pm.

Saturday : 7am-12pm.

WHEN CAN THE ORDER BE RECEIVED?

You can expect to receive your order the same day depending on the time of the day that you place your order.  Failing that, you can expect to receive your order early the next day.

CAN DIFFERENT PRODUCTS BE MIXED IN THE SAME TRUCK?

Yes, in the case that the products are compatible to some degree (check with us for compatibility).  For example, you could mix a Granular "A" with a 3/4" Clear Stone to a maximum of 5 metric tonnes each, but to mix topsoil and stone is not recommended.

CAUTION: In the transportation and dumping phase, some mixing should be expected as our trucks do not provide separate compartments.

WHAT IS THE SMALLEST LOAD YOU WILL DELIVER?

As little as 1 metric tonne of material.  Please call us for prices.

WHAT IS THE LOAD SIZE?

Capacity at Full Loads (approx.):

Single Axle Dumps - 10 Yds

Tandem Dumps - 18 Yds

Tri-Axle Dumps - 22 Yds

NOTE:  All products are available as low as 1 cubic yard or 1 metric tonne (1 cubic yard equals 8-10 wheel barrows).

SHARING A LOAD?

You can share a load with your neighbour if their location is on the SAME BLOCK at NO EXTRA CHARGE.

We currently cover TWO DUMPS ONLY.

HOW BIG ARE YOUR TRUCKS?

The trucks vary in length from 18 feet to 30 feet (depending on the size of your load), and we typically need a space of 10 feet wide and 12 feet high.

WILL YOUR TRUCK POSE SOME RISK TO MY PROPERTY?

YES.  You should not ask the driver to back off of your paved driveway on an angle, as this could cause cracking or breaking of the pavement at the edges.

You should be aware of any overhead wires or lines that the box of the truck could come in contact with.

WHERE DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME FROM?

Most products come from our own quarries and sand pits.  Some decorative stones come from other sources in Ontario.
